Situated on beautiful Pebble Cove, Abbeville, Alabama, THE LAKE HOUSE is a rustic, 1000 sq ft country home on the water perfectly positioned for fishing excursions on Lake Eufaula, and hunting on the many game properties of East-Central Alabama. The Lake House offers a quiet get-away for a couple or small family who just want a peaceful respite. Sleeps up to a family of 4. Additional amenities include a dock, and a 44 foot motor home canopy with water and electricity (30 amp and 50 amp)($20 per night); carport; one open loft bedroom w/king bed; living room with double sleeper sofa; den which can be partitioned to form a second sleeping room with a double sleeper sofa; central air/heat with cozy propane heat augmentation (if needed on cold days); fully appointed kitchen; huge screened porch; barbecue outside on deck hooked directly to propane; and canoe with oars. Boat ramp located at Baker's Landing 1 mile from house. Hardwood floors throughout inside, two-story deck surrounds house, and an awesome Hot Tub. There are paper plates, napkins, condiments, coffee ++! Linens and towels provided. Rental $140 per night plus $75 cleaning fee. Special deal 2 nights $300 total! More than 6 people on property add $5 per person per day. No smoking in the house. No Pets!

Directions from Hwy 431 from South or North turn onto State Hwy 95 (only one way to turn) by Dollar General, go 4 miles to County Road 97 (sign before reads Old River Road) turn Left (only one way to turn), go 2 miles to Pebble Cove Road (tall wooden poles with wooden many last names signs on both sides of road) turn Left, go 1/2 mile to fork and stay Left (still on Pebble Cove Road), go 1/2 mile to Frey Road turn Left, go 1/2 mile staying left at fork and down to gravel drive and slowly down to The Lake House!!
